f is for food friday

Sorry...I haven't necessarily been waiting for Friday or for furniture...I've just been a lazy blogger! (Rumor has it that the furniture is in, it's just not in our house yet!) Anyway...on with the food...I love this easy, yummy recipe, which gives us lots of leftovers for the week!

30-minute Homemade Soup

3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 lg. can of vegetables, or the king of veggies you like, drained
1 can chicken stock or broth (I use more)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg. cooked wide noodles
Salt and pepper

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Brown in olive oil till done. In large pot, mix the chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken stock and cooked noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Serves 6.
